Nicky Lawlor
Nicky Lawlor has a background in teaching and corporate Human Resources with a global remit. She worked at Compass Group plc in Management Development , facilitating workshops and training programmes to increase management capability. She is a Chartered Member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development), specialised in Training. She obtained her MSc (Business Leadership) from Revans University as a result of an in-house Action Learning Masters Programme which she also led for Compass Group.
Nicky now runs business acumen training programmes in a variety of sectors including Professional Services, Retail, Manufacturing and Educational Institutions.
In addition to English, she is fluent in Spanish and French.
