Kim Walker
Kim Walker is passionate in her belief that everyone has potential She is a very experienced and highly successful Executive Coach who uses coaching as a powerful tool to help her clients realise their full potential and significantly raise their performance bar. She skilfully challenges and inspires to heighten the motivation to make a sustainable change. She has worked across the public, private and voluntary sectors and her work has resulted in tangible benefits to bottom line performance.
She is a highly experienced HR professional having held senior positions in Lloyds TSB, Scottish Power and BSkyB. An expert in change management, performance and talent management she has successfully delivered a number of strategic projects which have created positive culture shift.
Kim has an entrepreneurial flair which she uses to help develop innovation in others. She is a successful co-author of '90 Minutes to Telling Others' and owns a successful Edinburgh restaurant. She enjoys travelling, keeping fit and having fun with her two children.
