Dr Pegram Harrison

Pegram is an academic and programme development professional with 10 years experience in major US and UK universities, companies and think-tanks. He holds a BA from Yale and a PhD from Cambridge, and earned his MBA at London Business School in 2000. Currently, he is the Director of the Emerging Leaders Programme at LBS, a visiting lecturer at the Escola de Gestão in the University of Porto, and a guest speaker at the LSE. His teaching and research emphasize strategic leadership, entrepreneurship, and personal development, and he has developed programmes for clients including CapGemini, Xerox, Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance.

Outside the academy, Pegram's has worked in entrepreneurial companies and multinational corporations, manufacturing and finance, arts administration and management consulting. He has also consulted to non-profits such as museums, musical ensembles, government agencies, and civic organisations, and is involved in developing leadership capacity in organisations as well as individuals – for example, high-growth start-ups in developing economies.
