Audrey Wilson
Audrey's coaching philosophy is that everyone has potential within themselves to be greater than they currently are. Her core strength is working with individuals and teams in organisations to make what is already good, even better.
Audrey practices psychodynamic coaching, which entails her looking beneath the surface issues and drilling down to self-limiting beliefs and value systems of both the individual and the organisation. Using her extensive experience and theoretical knowledge, gained as part of her Certificate in Coaching at Henley Management College, Audrey seeks to break down barriers and remove thought blockages that are stopping individuals from developing and being the best they can be.
Audrey has an MBA from Stirling University and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She has more than 15 years experience in HR, working for a leading Scottish law firm; IKEA and London-based HERMES.
Spotting a gap in the market for top level, independent advice, strategy and solutions combined with out-of-the-box thinking, Audrey launched her own consultancy, STRATIFY. It specialises in unravelling the potential of organisations and their people to help achieve business objectives and drive improved/enhanced performance.
