STRATIFY was founded by Audrey Wilson (MBA), who has more than 15 years experience in HR, working for a leading Scottish law firm; IKEA and London based HERMES.

Audrey decided to launch the business to fill what she experienced to be a gap in the market – top level independent advice, strategy and solutions combined with out-of-the box thinking.

She has brought together a like-minded team of expert Partners and Associates to work alongside her, all of whom are leaders in their chosen fields in the UK.
